MANILA, Philippines — The collapse of a portion of ceiling near the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 1’s arrival extension area raises questions whether the private consortium managing the airport is doing a good job maintaining the facilities, Bicol Saro party-list Rep.
