General : PMR 2026 Perak: JPJ Offers 3,000 Free Helmets

By Mohamad Harith Mohamad Nizar IPOH,  April 3 (Bernama) -- The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is offering 3,000 new helmets that meet the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) specifications in exchange for old ones, free of charge, in conjunction with the Perak MADANI Rakyat (PMR) 2026 Programme, which begins today.
