MARIVELES, Bataan – The police arrested on Wednesday one of two detainees who escaped a day earlier. Police Lt. Col. Mar Joseph Ravelo, Mariveles police chief, said police operatives arrested Jun-jun Jimenez, 33, of Barangay Camaya here. Jimenez’s co-accused in a car theft case, Jaypee Loquisan, 33, of Poblacion, also of Mariveles, is still at large. The two were initially brought to Balanga City for inquest proceedings. They escaped from their escorts while aboard a police vehicle after the inquest proceedings. Ravelo said he has ordered a massive manhunt for Loquisan.
