KARACHI: Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi met Rwanda’s Ambassador Harerimana Fatou, here at the Governor House on Friday, with both sides pledging to deepen bilateral cooperation in trade, investment and education. The Ambassador congratulated Hashmi on assuming office and extended his best wishes. The discussions focused on expanding economic engagement and strengthening institutional links between Pakistan and Rwanda. Both sides identified potential for increased exports of tea, coffee and rice, and explored avenues to enhance collaboration through exchange programmes and joint initiatives. Hashmi underscored Pakistan’s interest in consolidating ties with Rwanda and promoting mutually beneficial partnerships, while Fatou expressed interest in broadening cooperation across multiple sectors and boosting commercial links.
