MANILA, Philippines — Over 24,000 passengers have been monitored so far in all ports of the country on Saturday, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). Based on its report as of 6 a.m., the PCG recorded 13,776 outbound passengers and 10,687 inbound passengers in all ports nationwide.
