Mohali: Online travel aggregator, airlines fined for delay in ticket refund

In a decision by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I, Mohali, MakeMyTrip and Thai Airways were held liable for a deficiency in service after a Chandigarh resident, Mr. Baldev Singh, was forced to wait nearly two years for a ticket refund.
