PTI seeks NOC from DC for public rally in Liaqat Bagh on April 9

Rawalpindi - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) local chapter here on Friday filed an application to deputy commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi asking for a no objection certificate (NOC) to hold a public rally at historic Liaqat Bagh on April 9.
