Mt. Banahaw in Quezon draws pilgrims, tourists despite restrictions

LUCENA CITY — Religious pilgrims and tourists are arriving at the foot of Mount Banahaw in Dolores, Quezon, as practices relating to Holy Week and outdoor activities draw crowds to the area.
