Relics of San Miguel Arcangel stolen from Bulacan church

MANILA, Philippines — The Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Miguel Arcangel in Poblacion, San Miguel, Bulacan confirmed the theft of several sacred relics made of silver on Black Saturday. The parish said the missing items include the silver pakpak (wings), kalasag (shield), sibat (spear), and espada (sword) of its patron saint, San Miguel Arcangel’s image, which are important symbols of faith and part of the town’s religious heritage.
