LUCENA CITY, Quezon— Three plastic bags containing some 3.28 kilograms of a white crystalline substance were found along the coast of Patnanungan Island in Quezon province on Good Friday. In a report on Saturday, the Quezon police said a 58-year-old man identified only as “Felipe” found the items while having a picnic with his family in Barangay Busdak.
