CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The seaports across the province of Oriental Mindoro have been experiencing heavy passenger traffic in the last three days, the peak of Holy Week travel. As of 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, a total of 31,602 inbound passengers and 11,590 outbound passengers were recorded across major ports, along with thousands of rolling cargoes, from April 2 to April 4. Calapan Port handled the bulk of the traffic, logging 18,790 inbound passengers and 7,340 outbound passengers during the period.
