ILOILO CITY — An imbalance in supply and demand across key fishery products led to fluctuating seafood prices at the Iloilo Central Market during the Holy Week, according to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 6. BFAR data covering the March 30 to April 3 monitoring period showed that prices varied widely depending on availability, with some commodities posting higher prices due to tighter supply, while others remained stable or had no recorded prices.
