ILOILO CITY — Two taxi drivers tested positive for illegal drugs during the second day of the ‘Oplan Harabas’ surprise drug tests for drivers and conductors held in six public transport terminals in Iloilo and Guimaras on Tuesday. Oplan Harabas was launched by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Western Visayas (PDEA-6) to make travel during Holy Week safe and drug-free. During the second round, 607 transport personnel – 570 drivers, 33 conductors, one dispatcher and three traffic enforcers — submitted their urine specimen.
