Some areas in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite to have water interruptions this week

MANILA, Philippines—Some places in Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite will have water interruptions this week because of maintenance works and high demand, Manila Water Company Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. said. Manila Water said that some areas in Brgy. Maharlika, Taguig will have water interruptions on April 7-8 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of step testing activities to detect possible leaks in the system. In Rizal, some parts of Brgy. Manggahan in Rodriguez will have no water on April 6-7 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to leak repairs along Millex Road while some locations in Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo will have service interruptions on April 6-7 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the replacement of a line meter along Marigman Road. Also, some portions of Brgy. Dolores and Brgy. San Isidro in Taytay will have service interruptions on April 6-7 also between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of step testing works along L. Wood Ave, in Taytay. In Cainta, a portion of Brgy. Santo Domingo will have no water on April 8-9 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of step testing activities. Maynilad announced that in Valenzuela City, some parts of the villages of Gen. T. De Leon, Karuhatan, Malinta, Marulas, Maysan, and Parada will have water interruptions on April 6, 7, and 10 between 12:01 a.m. and 4 a.m. because of network repair and network maintenance activities. In Caloocan, some areas in Brgy. 164 will have water interruptions on April 6-7 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. due to the pullout of a faulty pressure reducing valve. In Cavite, several places in the villages of Alapan I-C, Anabu I-A, Anabu I-B, Anabu I-C, Anabu I-D, Anabu I-E, Anabu I-F, Anabu II-A, Anabu II- B, Anabu II-C, Anabu II-D, Anabu II-E, Bayan Luma I, Bayan Luma II, Bayan Luma III, Bayan Luma IV, Bayan Luma V, Bayan Luma VI, Bayan Luma VII, Bayan Luma VIII, Bayan Luma IX, Bukandala III, Bukandala IV, Bukandala V, Carsadang Bago I, Carsadang Bago II, Malagasang 1-A, Malagasang I-B, Malagasang I-C, Malagasang I-D, Malagasang I-E, Malagasang I-F, Malagasang I-G, Medicion I-B, Poblacion III-B, Poblacion IV-B, Poblacion IV-D, and Tanzang Luma VI will have no water on April 6-10 between 5 a.m. and 12 a.m. because of high demand at the Patindig Araw pumping station.
