COTABATO CITY — Four persons were killed and at least 29 were injured in a highway accident in Aleosan town, Cotabato province on Black Saturday, April 4. Citing the account of witnesses, police investigators said the tragedy occurred at around 3 p.m. along the national highway in Barangay San Mateo, Aleosan.
