MANILA, Philippines—Gilas Pilipinas Women’s reached the Fiba 3×3 Asia Cup finals for the first time on Sunday night at OCBC Arena in Singapore. The Philippines, led by Kacey Dela Rosa, made history after stunning powerhouse Japan, 21-19, in the semifinals to assure itself of at least a silver medal finish.
