PBA: Justin Brownlee rues free throw woes late in Ginebra loss

MANILA, Philippines—Justin Brownlee was quick to acknowledge his lapses late in Ginebra’s loss to San Miguel Beer in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup on Sunday.
