International Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IPI), in partnership with the Mandaue City Government, has deployed buses to provide free rides to commuters in Mandaue through the Libreng Sakay Program. The initiative comes following the rise of fuel prices, affecting transport costs and making daily travel for commuters more challenging.
