TUGUEGARAO CITY — At 78, Genoveva Andaya proves that age is no barrier to learning. The grandmother from Magapit village in Lal-lo, Cagayan, recently completed Senior High School through the government’s Alternative Learning System (ALS). She earned her Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Home Economics certificate at Magapit National High School on March 31.
