OIL PRICES: Shell to hike diesel by up to P19.80/liter on April 7

MANILA, Philippines — Motorists will have to brace for another round of hefty hikes of oil prices, with one major firm announcing a nearly P20 per liter increase for diesel starting Tuesday. In an advisory, Shell Pilipinas said diesel products would be more expensive by P19.80 a liter.
