MANILA, Philippines — A 20-year-old man will face complaints for frustrated murder and child abuse for allegedly hurting and stabbing a five-year-old boy in Navotas City, the Northern Police District (NPD) said on Monday. “Regarding the victim, he is still scheduled to undergo a series of operations because, other than the stab wounds inflicted on him, he also had a cranial fracture, so he’ll still need to be operated on the head,” NPD Director Brig.
