MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang said it is up to the Office of the Ombudsman and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to decide whether or not they would release to the public the final report of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI). The panel was created by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to investigate anomalous flood control and infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
