CIDG: 1,168 arrested, P259 M worth of evidence seized in March ops

MANILA, Philippines—Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operations nationwide in March resulted in 1,168 arrests and the recovery and seizure of 153 loose firearm and ₱259 million worth of evidence. In a statement on Monday, CIDG Director Maj. Gen. Robert Alexander Morico II said 964 law enforcement operations were conducted last month.
