DPWH completes phase 1 of Edsa rehab works

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Monday said it has completed the first phase of the rehabilitation project for the Epifanio delos Santos Avenue or Edsa, which covers the portion from Roxas Boulevard to Orense Street in Makati.
