"Donald Trump was asked if his 'threat to bomb power plants and bridges' in Iran 'amounts to war crimes' and replied 'no, not at all. I hope I don't have to do it' as he addressed the press from the White House on Monday. On Sunday, Trump set a deadline for the re-opening of the Strait of Hormuz: "Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F***in’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP." Iran's navy said that "the Strait of Hormuz will never return to its former state, especially for America and Israel". On Monday, media reports also suggested there were two different ceasefire plans; one including a 45-day ceasefire, and another 'two-tier' one brokered by Pakistan - including an immediate ceasefire, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and 15-20 days to secure a broader agreement - dubbed the 'Islamabad Accord'. The US and Israel launched strikes on Iran on February 28. Tehran responded with strikes on Israel and US assets in the region, with the conflict now into its sixth week. Iran has reported over 2,000 deaths since the start of the war. The US has confirmed at least 13 military service personnel killed with around two dozen fatalities admitted by the Israeli side. "
