MANILA, Philippines — Subpoenas have been issued for officials from the Commission on Audit (COA) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue requiring them to attend the hearing on the two remaining impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte. Their presence is meant to present and authenticate documents relating to the charges against the vice president.
