Batangas police exec accused of abusing policewoman

MANILA, Philippines — An official of the Batangas Provincial Police Office has been accused of abusing a policewoman, the National Police Commission (Napolcom) said. The policewoman, whose rank and designation were not identified, filed a formal administrative complaint before Napolcom against the Batangas police official, the commission detailed in a statement on Tuesday morning but did not immediately say when she had made the filing.
