CEBU CITY, Philippines — American boxing promoter Sean Gibbons has called out unified WBA, WBO, and Ring Magazine world minimumweight champion Oscar “El Pupilo” Collazo of Puerto Rico for a unification showdown with reigning IBF world minimumweight champion Pedro “Kid Heneral” Taduran.
