MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – Radio commentator and international boxing judge Edward Ligas faces three counts of cyber libel and may be asked to post bail amounting to close to P150,000 for his temporary liberty. This after the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor-Cebu (OPP-Cebu) recommended the filing of three counts of cyber libeL against him at the Cyber Court in Talisay City.
