The absence of a forensic certificate from the case file of two men held allegedly with a quantity of cocaine along a section of the Mandela Highway in St Catherine last month resulted in them being further remanded in the parish court today. Lenroy Ferguson and Donald Baugh are answering to charges of possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, dealing in cocaine, and conspiracy to traffic cocaine. When the case was mentioned today, it was revealed that the case file was incomplete.
