MANILA, Philippines — The ridge of a high-pressure area (HPA) is affecting Luzon while easterlies are influencing the rest of the country, according to the state weather bureau. Because of these, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) in its latest weather briefing said most parts of the country will experience fair but hot weather with chances of isolated rains. “We can still expect hot and humid weather across the country.
