KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Monem Zafar Khan has strongly criticised the postponement of Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) examinations and the delay in issuing admit cards to thousands of students in the metropolis. Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Zafar held the matric board responsible for the crisis, accusing it of severe mismanagement, incompetence, and poor performance. He said the PPP-led provincial government had “turned education into a mockery and a game,” adding that Karachi’s students were suffering due to the negligence and administrative failures of both the Sindh government and the matric board.
