Intense heat ahead: ‘Danger’ heat index levels expected in May

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Visayas warns that temperatures will continue to soar in the coming weeks leading into May, which is expected to be the hottest month.
