UAAP: FEU nears twice-to-beat, beats La Salle in men's volleyball

MANILA, Philippines — Far Eastern University secured at least a playoff for a twice-to-beat advantage after turning back La Salle, 25-21, 21-25, 25-22, 25-21, in the UAAP Season 88 men’s volleyball tournament on Wednesday at Mall of Asia Arena. Mikko Espartero and Amet Bituin led the charge for the Tamaraws with 13 points each to tighten their hold on the top seed with a 10-1 record.
