Goa court grants bail to Luthra brothers in nightclub forgery case, paving way for release

Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub, have been granted bail in a forgery case. This follows their earlier bail in a case related to a devastating fire last December. The brothers allegedly used forged documents, including a fake no-objection certificate, to obtain operating licenses. They were previously deported from Thailand and arrested.
