MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police (PNP) apprehended six individuals early Wednesday for illegally dispensing, hoarding, and adulterating petroleum products during an operation in Laguna, seizing fuel worth over P73,000. The six individuals were taken into custody for violations of Presidential Decree 1865, also known as the “Oil Pilferage Law.” The operation took place inside a hotel and resort compound in Barangay San Antonio 1, San Pablo City, Laguna.
