The Cornwall Regional Hospital (CRH) says an urgent review is being conducted into the death of baby Ramontay Rakai Ranger at the facility. His mother, Shandale Ballentine, said she lost her son during labour at the Montego Bay, St James-based hospital which she described as the “worst” ordeal of her life. In a media release on Wednesday, CRH said it was “saddened by the outcome of the case” and expressed condolences to the patient and the affected families.
