'Urgent review' being conducted into baby's death at CRH

The Western Regional Health Authority (WRHA) says an urgent review is now underway following the tragic death of a newborn baby delivered at Cornwall Regional Hospital. In a press release issued by WRHA, the hospital expressed “deep regret” over the outcome and said it has extended condolences to the 33-year-old first time mother, Shandale Ballentine, and her family.
