CEBU CITY, Philippines – In every licensure examination in the Philippines, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the Top 10 examinees. However, there are times when a label “name withheld” appears on the list. A topnotcher’s name may be temporarily excluded if their examination papers are under review, according to the PRC Resolution No. 2010-547, or the Amended Guidelines on the Release and Publication of the Results of Top-Ranked Examinees in the Board Licensure Examinations.
