CEBU CITY, Philippines – Amid ongoing fuel price hikes, Cebuano students carried out a simple act of kindness to ease some of the burden of public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers. Ramayana Roxas, a law student from the University of San Carlos, started the initiative of giving free lunches to jeepney drivers after seeing online posts about drivers passing out due to hunger.
