NBI chief, Poa summoned by House panel for impeachment hearings

MANILA, Philippines — Both the head of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and lawyer Michael Poa have been issued subpoenas by the House of Representatives’ committee on justice for the impeachment hearings against Vice President Sara Duterte.
