CEBU CITY, Philippines— A tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) could enter next week, said Pagasa. As reported by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather forecast for Thursday, April 9, the weather disturbance was last located around 2,880 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao and is moving slowly westward, carrying maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 70 kph.
