LEGAZPI CITY, Albay – Five people were killed while eight others were injured in a vehicular accident in Ragay town, Camarines Sur, on Wednesday night. Major Julius Prima, Ragay police chief, said a passenger bus traveling from Manila to Tabaco City, Albay, veered into the opposite lane after swerving to avoid an orange road barrier and struck a multicab along the Rolando R.
