Who is YouTuber ‘Savukku’ Shankar? What is the case behind his Andhra Pradesh arrest

YouTuber Savukku Shankar has been arrested by Chennai police in Andhra Pradesh. He failed to surrender after his interim bail expired on March 25. Police tracked him to a hotel where three others were also apprehended. Shankar faces charges for not appearing as per bail conditions. He was previously arrested in connection with extortion cases.
