Motorola Razr 70 Ultra and Edge 70 Pro leaked as prices rise

The design of the upcoming Motorola Razr 70 Ultra and the Edge 70 Pro have leaked online amidst news that some of the company’s more affordable phones are receiving price increases. We’re expecting Motorola to pull the trigger on its next flip phone range any day now, given that the Motorola Razr 60 and Motorola Razr 60 Ultra were announced in late April last year. Nothing screams ‘ready to launch’ like leaked press materials, which is precisely what we seem to have here for the Motorola Razr 70 Ultra. OnLeaks x Android Headlines Arch tipster OnLeaks has shared some convincing-looking images (via Android Headlines ) of the new phone in two distinctive colours, which are apparently called Pantone Cocoa Wood and Orient Blue Alcantara. Given Motorola’s track record, those names reflect the use of luxurious materials in the finish of these phones as much as they do the colours. We know from earlier leaks that these won’t be the only shades on offer, with a Pantone African Violet previously rumoured. What the Motorola Razr 70 Ultra design tells us All in all, the Razr 70 Ultra is shaping up to look a lot like its immediate predecessor, except for one small but significant detail. There’s no sign of a hole-punch notch for the front camera. Has Motorola bravely ditched the front camera? While the provision of an external display makes taking selfies with the superior rear camera more than viable, we doubt it, if only for the video call factor. It’s possible that Motorola has gone for an under-display front camera. They’re universally terrible at capturing any sort of image in our experience, but like we said, the main camera/external screen combo has you covered for selfies. Of course, it could also be the case that Motorola has simply forgotten to include the front camera in its render. These mistakes happen, especially in pre-release material. Motorola Edge 70 Pro leak Elsewhere in the world of Motorola design leaks, the company’s Edge 70 Pro has emerged courtesy of an X tipster. It’s just one of many Edge 70 devices, it seems. As you can see from this official-looking image, the Edge 70 Pro will look a lot like the preceding Motorola Edge 60 Pro , with a familiar curved display and rear panel – in Satin Luxe, Tailored Fabric, and Marble finishes. The accompanying blur suggests that the focus will be on improving the camera’s low light shooting chops. Or at least, that’s what we’re reading into the “seize the night” phrase. As spotted by PhoneArena , the Moto G Play 2026 has been bumped from $179.99 to $249.99, the Moto G 2026 from $199.99 to $299.99, and the Moto G Power 2026 from $299.99 to $399.99. These are significant price hikes, though this is not surprising given what’s happening in the tech world this year. We’re not seeing any similar price bumps for Motorola’s current affordable Moto G range here in the UK. But then, the Moto G77, G67, G17 and G17 Power only launched in late January. Motorola Razr 60 Ultra Price When Reviewed: 1299 Euro
