MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Cracks were reported in portions of the Mandaue City Hall following a magnitude 5.1 earthquake felt across parts of Cebu on Monday, April 6. Areas inside the Sangguniang Panlungsod have been cordoned off with yellow safety lines, particularly near and beneath visible cracks. City hall employees and the public were immediately evacuated on Monday afternoon as a precautionary measure after the tremor, which struck Bogo City, was felt.
