MANILA, Philippines – Vice President Sara Duterte should face impeachment proceedings to defend herself from corruption allegations instead of attempting to stop them, a congressman said on Friday, as he questioned why she continues to dodge congressional inquiries and repeatedly seeks judicial intervention.
