LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Cebu reported stable supplies of basic goods and no signs of panic buying in the province as of early April. The assurance came after concerns that higher oil prices triggered by the Middle East conflict could affect the sale and supply of essential goods in local markets.
