MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian has raised concerns over the continuous hazing activities at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), noting that the institution tasked to produce the country’s future law enforcers has become a home for lawbreakers. Gatchalian in a statement on Friday condemned the latest alleged hazing within PNPA, as reports stated that three PNPA cadets were arrested for conducting hazing rites against 20 of their underclassmen.
