MANILA, Philippines — Consumer advocacy group CitizenWatch Philippines warned that banning social media for minors may “displace” harm instead of reducing it. “Blanket bans treat all platforms and all forms of use as inherently harmful,” CitizenWatch Philippines co-convenor and former Quezon City 6th District Rep.
